To ensure a high-quality learning experience for everyone, please review the following class policies before registering:
Live Attendance is Required
This is a live, interactive Zoom class. To receive CE credit, you must attend both class sessions in their entirety. Partial credit will not be given.
No recordings or replays will be available.
Cameras Must Remain On
To verify attendance and encourage an engaging classroom experience, participants are required to keep their cameras on throughout both class sessions.
Attend from a Quiet, Stationary Location
Participants must attend class from a stationary, distraction-free location where they can actively participate in discussions.
Attendance while driving, riding in a vehicle, shopping, exercising, walking, working, or participating in other activities is not permitted.
This course is designed to be an interactive learning experience, and your full attention is expected throughout the class.
Participation is Encouraged
Questions, discussion, and shared experiences are welcome! One of the greatest benefits of a live class is learning from one another in a respectful and supportive environment.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Cancellations received 14 or more days before the first day of class will receive a refund (less 3% payment processing fees).
- Cancellations received less than 14 days before the class begins are non-refundable.
- Registrations may be transferred to another Texas licensed massage therapist at no additional charge. Please contact me before the first class session so registration information can be updated.
- If I need to cancel or reschedule the class for any reason, you may choose either a refund or transfer your registration to the rescheduled class.
- Because this is a live interactive CE course with attendance requirements, no refunds or partial refunds will be issued for missed sessions, failure to attend, technical issues on the participant’s end, or failure to successfully complete the course requirements.
